★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Começou logo no check in. Pediu-me o cartão de crédito ou uma caução de 100 euros quando já tinha a reserva paga. Assim que cheguei ao quarto tive que ligar à recepção porque a televisão não dava. O senhor veio e disse que era mau contacto. O que é certo é que foi mau contacto o tempo todo. A piscina fica no exterior do hotel tendo que atravessar para outro edifício apanhando frio sem roupões. A piscina é muito pequena para tantas pessoas (12 de limite). A sauna e banho turco tem um custo adicional de 8 euros e por marcação. O ar condicionado do quarto tem um comando que não serve para nada porque é gerido na recepção e tive que ligar para lá tanto para ligar como para desligar. O pequeno almoço tem muito pouca variedade para 8 euros por pessoa. O check out é feito às 11 da manhã tendo eu chegado do pequeno almoço às 10.55 ao quarto e o cartão não abrir a porta. Perguntei à camareira que estava no corredor o porquê e responde-me que já passa das 11. Aí eu mostro as horas e ela engole em seco. Enfim, muito caro para um hotel que de 4 estrelas não tem nada. Péssima experiência a não repetir. Não aconselhável.
 It started right at check in. He asked me for a credit card or a deposit of 100 euros when the reservation was already paid. As soon as I got to the room I had to call the reception because the TV didn't work. The gentleman came and said it was bad contact. What is certain is that it was bad contact the whole time. The swimming pool is outside the hotel and you have to cross to another building to get cold without bathrobes. The pool is too small for so many people (limit 12). The sauna and Turkish bath have an additional cost of 8 euros and by appointment. The air conditioning in the room has a control that is useless because it is managed at the reception and I had to call it to turn it on and off. Breakfast has very little variety for 8 euros per person. Check out is at 11 am and I arrived from breakfast at 10.55 am to the room and the card does not open the door. I asked the maid who was in the hallway why and she replied that it was after 11. Then I showed the time and she swallowed hard. Anyway, very expensive for a 4 star hotel that has nothing. Bad experience not to be repeated. Not advisable.

The staff is polite and always available.
The food is ok.
The room is clean.
This is where the positives stop.
You can hear everything while in the room. Even the music they play in the corridors from 7.30 to 00.00.
The mattress is hard, but that is personal taste.
The water is like a rollercoaster, cycling between icy cold or scorching hot, without a touch.
The walls are quite damaged from moving furniture, general finishings and details are cheap.
The Spa is...well...not really relaxing. In December, the water is cold. Windows are moldy, furniture is rusted.
You can't take a bath without sending water into the lockers since they are 1.5m apart.
There is an air of cheap construction and a damp environment, which is a shame. Things are not old, just cheap and poorly kept.
