★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paguei prontamente e recebi um tratamento de caca. Mas passo a explicar pois nada justifica uma empresa ou individual agir de tal forma.
Contactei pois precisava de um sistema pos para o restaurante que estava a abrir. Tinha 2 impressoras, 2 ecrãs e um pc novo. A conversa inicial era de que ia dar com o que tinha e os ecrãs sem duvida iam ser postos a funcionar. Mas a medida que o tempo começou a ficar curto e sucessivos contactos (era um sinal) nada funcionava e tive de gastar 1200 euros a comprar tudo novo. Até aqui achei que não havia outra solução e como tinha de abrir, paguei prontamente. No dia de instalação, afinal a segunda impressora já não iria dar, mais 200 euros pagos prontamente. Na minha cabeça estava a pagar mais 30% pelos materiais mas iam ter algum tipo de assistência. Errado, depois de ter feito o inicial set up pedi mais algumas coisas que não foram feitas como pedido, atender telemóvel nada, só desculpas. Agora fiquei sem assistência, -1400 por um sistema fraco e que tem o pior monitor de sempre.
Sempre respeitei e tive paciência mas ficar pendurado nem 3 semanas depois de abrir não se justifica.

I contacted because I needed a pos system for the restaurant that was opening. It had 2 printers, 2 screens and a new PC. The initial conversation was that I would find what I had and the screens would no doubt be put to work. But as time became short and successive contacts (it was a sign) nothing worked and I had to spend 1200 euros to buy everything new. So far I thought there was no other solution and as I had to open it, I paid promptly. On the day of installation, after all, the second printer would no longer work, plus 200 euros paid promptly. In my mind I was paying another 30% for the materials but they were going to have some assistance. Wrong, after having done the initial set up I asked for a few more things that were not done as requested, answer the phone, nothing, just apologies. Now I'm left unattended, -1400 for a weak system that has the worst monitor ever.
I've always respected and had patience, but hanging up even 3 weeks after opening isn't justified.
