★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima experiência, funcionários despreparados, gerente displicentee nunca presente. Compramos uma carteira que meu sogro não gostou e tentamos devolver(dois dias depois), ter o dinheiro de volta e eles nao aceitaram.
Eles nos obrigaram a trocar por coisas da loja ( que não tem muitas opções).
Falta de sensibilidade e empatia com os clientes. Não recomendo. Há lojas melhores e mais baratas do que esta em Lisboa.
 Bad experience, unprepared employees, careless manager never present. We bought a wallet that my father-in-law didn't like and we tried to return it (two days later), get the money back and they didn't accept it.
They forced us to exchange for things from the store (which doesn't have many options).
Lack of sensitivity and empathy with customers. I do not recommend. There are better and cheaper stores than this one in Lisbon.
