Estagiei lá e foi incrível a maneira como me trataram e aprendi bastante com eles. Se ouver algum problema com telemóveis ou qualquer material informático recomendo mesmo a passagem nesta loja! I highly recommend it! excellent and fast service, also very attentive to customer service! I did an internship there and it was amazing how they treated me and learned a lot from them. If you hear a problem with mobile phones or any computer equipment, I recommend visiting this store!

Quem faz isso?! Nunca mais hei de voltar lá! Prefiro pagar o dobro no outro lugar, do que voltar para vocês!! O serviço é horrível e acho que com esta atitude nunca vão crescer! I went to put my computer a few days ago for the arrangement, and when they heard that I didn't accept the budget, they took the parts out of my computer !! Who does that ?! I will never go back there again! I'd rather pay twice as much elsewhere, than come back to you !! The service is horrible and I think that with this attitude they will never grow!

Depois de ter recusado o orçamento decidi levantar o equipamento e levei-o a outra loja. Na outra loja disseram logo que a motherboard estava toda destruida, mas lá a conseguiram reparar, paguei metade do valor que me queriam cobrar e levantei o equipamento. Quando chego a casa começo a ver... Numero de série não bate certo, só tem 4 gigas de ram devia ter 8... Falei novamente com a loja que me tinha reparado o comptuador que me garantiram que esta era a minha motherboard, fez-se luz. Estes tipos da Koisas roubaram-me a minha motherboard quando não aceitei o orçamento, e meteram-me aqui uma coisa velha só para fingir que o computador estava completo. 2ª Feira vou formalizar uma queixa crime contra esta empresa. YOU STOLE MY MOTHERBOARD! At the end of last year I took a computer, macbook to this establishment, where I was presented with an absurd budget. After I refused the budget, I decided to pick up the equipment and take it to another store. At the other store, they immediately said that the motherboard was completely destroyed, but they managed to repair it there, I paid half the amount they wanted to charge me and picked up the equipment. When I get home I start to see ... Serial number doesn’t match, there are only 4 gigs of ram, there should be 8 ... I spoke again to the store that had repaired the computer that assured me that this was my motherboard, there was light. These guys from Koisas stole my motherboard when I didn't accept the budget, and they put an old thing in here just to pretend that the computer was complete. Monday I will formalize a criminal complaint against this company.

Perante a reclamação, negaram a responsabilidade e insinuaram que estava a tentar enganá-los e disseram que tinham chamado a polícia para me acusarem de mentir. A cereja em cima do bolo, foi não me passarem fatura da reparação que paguei. To be avoided at all costs! I left an iPhone to be repaired. When I went to pick it up, it had a new fault. Faced with the complaint, they denied responsibility and insinuated that I was trying to deceive them and said that they had called the police to accuse me of lying. The icing on the cake was that they didn't give me an invoice for the repair I paid for.

On knocking on the door I politely asked if they speak English to begin the conversation, they said not and then shut the door in my face. Don’t wast your time with these jokers.

We have lived in Campo de Ourique for some years now and without help from this company we would have a difficult time here. This company has helped us with televisions computer and phones. No problem. Today I had problems connecting our computer to the tv and they solved it over the phone. How great is that?! So thank you!
