★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bastante prestáveis e simpáticos. Pecam um pouco pela desarrumação que se sente mal se entra na loja, mas é compreensível dado o tamanho reduzido da mesma.
Quite helpful and friendly. They do a little bit of the mess that feels bad if they enter the store, but it is understandable given its small size.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei em aparecer na loja num Sábado aonde foi me impossível ir devido à minha filha, no entanto mando mensagem a dizer que não pude ir e que aparecia na 2f. Lá estava à porta à espera e sempre fechada sem qualquer informação... Após várias tentativas ao telefonar uma senhora super antipática lá atendeu e disse que só podia atender me na 4f e que eu deveria ter aparecido lá no Sábado como combinado (como se tivesse a dizer que era obrigatório).
Resumindo, dinheiro meu não vêm de certeza. NÃO recomendo.
I was to show up at the store on a Saturday where it was impossible for me to go due to my daughter, however I send a message saying that I was unable to go and that she appeared on 2f. There I was at the door waiting and always closed without any information ... After several attempts when calling a super unfriendly lady there answered and said that she could only answer me on 4f and that I should have shown up there on Saturday as agreed (as if I had to say it was mandatory).
In short, my money is not sure. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A começar pelo site que está totalmente desactualizado, enganando assim os clientes na no sentido de o próprio site indicar que vendem material de luz, o que já não vendem. É caso para dizer que se não querem vender material, mais vale fechar a loja. Não recomendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Além de atrasos comprometem se com as pessoas o material não chega e quando são confrontados ainda desligam o telefone na cara dos clientes uma senhora com o nome de Fernanda Dina,esteve uma pessoa um dia inteiro á espera da encomenda e a mesma senhora disse me que se estava com pressa que fosse á estação dos CTT buscar a mesma. só visto
