 Excellent location. Simple and comfortable apartment. We did not know how to place the TV :-( they do not leave instructions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito bom. Acomodou bem . Tem cozinha com micro ondas, torradeira, maq de lavar roupa, etc....quartos grandes e arejados. Local ótimo perto do metrô Trindade. Água quente nas torneiras, banheira. Centro histórico(da para ir a pé), SM próximo, bares, cafeterias, restaurantes, etc....muito bom. Recomendo.
Very good. Accommodated well. It has kitchen with microwave, toaster, washing maq, etc .... large and airy bedrooms. Great location near the Trinity subway. Hot water in the taps, tub. Historic center (walking distance), SM nearby, bars, cafes, restaurants, etc .... very good. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apartamento acolhedor, idêntico às fotografias disponibilizadas no site. Com aquecimento se necessário, camas confortáveis, lençóis limpos e um edredão caso esteja frio. Toalhas de WC limpas. TV e cozinha equipada. Muito bom
Cozy apartment, identical to the photographs available on the website. With heating if needed, comfortable beds, clean sheets and a duvet in case it is cold. Clean toilet towels. TV and kitchen. Very Good 7

El apartamento tiene todo lo que se puede necesitar y en buen estado de limpieza.
La única pega es que los días que estuvimos, tuvimos unos vecinos ruidosos durante la noche.
Great apartments one step from the center. Everything you need, you have it at hand.
The apartment has everything that can be needed and in good cleaning condition.
The only downside is that the days we were there, we had noisy neighbors during the night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SCAM, AVOID AT ALL COST. We had a confirmed and paid reservation via Expedia for four nights and the day of flying in we called to arrange check-in. We were then told they would not go or the reservation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was a good place to stay at. The prices in October were moderately cheap and the apartment had everything you need. The view from the terrace was not super spectacular, but only because of the constructions going on around.
