★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We only spent a few minutes here but the staff was so helpful and friendly that we wished we could have stayed for much longer. There are English books as well. Cake looked delicious and the music was relaxing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Couldn't have loved it more. Bought a children's book as a present, sat there eating my lemon and poppy seed cake, drank my watermelon and basil juice and read for a few hours. Ended up taking home a few special postcards as well. A great afternoon that wouldn't have been possible without the fantastic owners. Thank you for creating such an amazing space.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a refreshingly vibrant and new place in Tomar. One of the things I miss most about London are little independent coffee houses Insensato coffee and book store is simply delightful. The staff was great. And the food was delicious. Although I picked your typical avocado on toast with poached eggs. It was divine and the bread was both crispy and super soft. Definitely recommended and please please don't leave without trying a slice of cake. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A little gem in the old part of Tomar, close to the Mouchão garden. Easy going music, attentive and very friendly service, open for my additional desires like more sugar and extra hot water (it's better for my old heart ?) into my galão. Which had a nice thick foam on top (always appreciated by me). Had it with a delicious piece of chocolate and pear cake.
What makes this coffee shop stand out from the rest, are the books for sale, displayed in a ceiling high shelf (well almost).
Definitely will recommend this little oasis for book (and coffee) lovers.

Very healthy and tasteful food with books all around you. All of this with a very good selection of music on the background. It's perfect to work, study, chat, eat and read. AMAZING
