Fiz um transplante capilar nesta clínica e estou muito contente com o cuidado e profissionalismo de toda a equipa médica e em especial da assessora Catarina Silva, que tem sido incansável em todo o acompanhamento.

Tenia cita concertada y después de mas de 1 hora de retraso y esperando sin cualquier tipo de información, me hacen evaluación capilar solo con mirarme para la cabeza sin apenas contacto. Ahora entiendo porque es evaluación gratuita. 10 minutos de consulta donde se preocupan mas por los supuestos descuentos que por mis necesidades y posibles resultados. Me he quedado con la sensación que quién me ha atendido, a pesar de muy amables, fueran vendedoras mas preocupadas por el precio que por el paciente. He salido de la clinica muy decepcionado y con una idea totalmente diferente de Insparya.

0% RECOMENDABLE INSPARYA MARBELLA. Fuí a informarme a Insparya Marbella sobre un transplante capilar. Debido a la insistencia de la comercial que me atendió en que si reservaba ese mismo día tendría un ahorro de 2.000€ aproximadamente, de 7.000€ a 5.000€ aprox. decidí reservar la intervención con 200€, los cuales dijo que si por algo me arrepentía me los devolvía. Dijo que era una manera de poder aprovechar la oferta. Por distintos motivos, no me ha dado confianza la manera de trabajar de Insparya y la agresividad comercial. Parece que estás en un establecimiento comercial en vez de una clínica. Llevo 40 días intentando que me devuelvan la reserva (200€) y me mandan email pidiendo el número de cuenta, de nuevo llamada pidiendo el n° de cuenta, pero la transferencia no llega. Estoy empezando a pensar que incumplen su promesa y los 200€ no lo devuelven. Aunque no firmé nada donde dijera que no los devolvían. Me tocará denunciar el problema en el juzgado y públicamente. Fui hoje às 9:30 para consulta de avaliação, passado uma hora ainda estava a espera para ser chamado, a falta de respeito já é tão habitual que nem se dignaram a pedir desculpa pelo atraso. Se a intenção é perder clientes e passar um má imagem do serviço, acho que estão no caminho certo.

Atrasos longos e constantes para tratamentos com duração inferior a 5 minutos e marcações a cada 20minutos. Passam muito tempo sem chamar nenhum cliente. É uma falta de respeito, sobretudo pelos valores que são praticados. Pela mesma razão deveria existir acompanhamento médico e avaliações periódicas, o que não acontece.

Decidi ter um primeiro contacto com quatro diferentes clínicas na cidade do Porto para poder ter uma ideia de como funcionaria o transplante capilar no meu caso. No dia em que tive a consulta de avaliação em esta clínica, dei praticamente como concluída a clínica a elegir. A Assessora Luciana Araújo é sem dúvida uma excelente profissional, esclarecendo de forma notória todos aqueles que são os procedimentos nesta área. Passado umas semanas tenho o prazer de conhecer finalmente a equipa de profissionais que me assistiu no dia do transplante capilar. Sem dúvida que para quem deseja ter a melhor experiência possível no dia da sua cirurgia esta clínica é sem dúvida “M u i t o T O P “!!! Corpo clínico de profissionais altamente qualificados, sempre atentos e muito delicados desde o primeiro minuto.
