★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O serviço foi rápido, cumprido com prazos da marcação. Simpatia na receção, que não foi a mesma da técnica que inspecionou o carro (alguns modos precisam-se).
As instalações em si precisam de se modernizar com sistema de som ( colunas) para haver melhor comunicação com o cliente.
PS. Realçar o Gesto simpático na oferta de uma máscara.
The service was fast, meeting deadlines for the appointment. Sympathy at reception, which was not the same as the technique that inspected the car (some modes are needed).
The facilities themselves need to be modernized with a sound system (speakers) to have better communication with the customer.
PS. Highlight the nice gesture when offering a mask.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Costuma ser super rápido mesmo quando está muita gente, mas este ano quase sem carros dei por mim parada cerca de 15/20min a meio da inspeção porque foram os 4 inspectores ver o carro do corredor ao lado.
It tends to be super fast even when there are a lot of people, but this year with almost no cars I found myself stopping about 15/20min in the middle of the inspection because the 4 inspectors saw the car in the aisle next door.
