★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A administrativa é muito mas muito antipática. Devolve sempre o cartão de pagamento e recibo atirando-o e fazendo-o deslizar literalmente por baixo do acrílico que têm. Falta de educação e nem um sorriso na cara.
The administration is very, very unfriendly. Always return your payment card and receipt by flipping it over and literally sliding it under the acrylic they have. Lack of politeness and not a smile on the face.

It's the second time I've been there, attended by different inspectors, very helpful and friendly! There were a lot of cars to be inspected, but the fluid organization made the process fast!
