A great adventure awaits you … It is from this somewhat banal anecdote, between two flights, during their first trip together, that Yoann and Anastasia began a story, a project …

Graduated with her Master’s degree, after years of traveling around the world and an atypical professional career Anastasia, young independent and determined woman met Yoann in Montreal. She said to him: « I want to create a warm caring place of multicultural sharing! »

After years of cooking punctuated by international experiences, Yoann, a confident young man and passionate chef, crossed paths with Anastasia. He says: « I want to cook 24 hours a day, that’s my top priority!  »
Imbued with diverse cultures and eating habits, many ideas emerged from their heads and quickly became inspirational. They were therefore complementary and made to be together!

Portugal breathed new life into them. Obviously, this country of family traditions, this country so friendly and warm inspired them all the more.
United by their common passions, they decided to embark on the creation of their dream location.
After a year, Instant Crunch was born in Lisbon.
More than a restaurant, the two acolytes imagined a warm place of sharing in an atmosphere « like at home » around a simple and traditional gastronomy.

The name will also recall the theme: spend an Instant, a moment, an hour while tasting and « crunching », dishes lovingly prepared by our chef … Instant Crunch, more than a restaurant, is a real crush, a moment of calm and sharing around a delicate gastronomy.
