★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mais uma tradicional entidade pública, sem profissionais e com qualidade zero. Já é exaustivo viver num país onde todas as entidades públicas funcionam assim. Ninguém atende o telefone, não há respostas aos emails e portanto somos obrigados a parar as nossas vidas porque dependemos destas entidades que são uma autêntica fraude do sistema público.
Enfim, só mais um dia em Portugal.
 Another traditional public entity, without professionals and with zero quality. It is already exhausting to live in a country where all public entities work like this. Nobody answers the phone, there are no answers to emails and therefore we are forced to stop our lives because we depend on these entities that are an authentic fraud of the public system.
Anyway, just one more day in Portugal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, para melhor dizer, atendimento inexistente, não respondem aos mails, não atendem os telefones. temos prazos a cumprir e se surge um problema na plataforma que também não funciona, não temos como resolver... UMA VERGONHA!!
Bad service, better to say, non-existent service, they don't respond to emails, they don't answer the phones. we have deadlines to meet and if a problem arises on the platform that doesn't work either, we have no way to solve it... A SHAME!!
