★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impossívell contactá-los telefonicamente: disseram que me mandavam a fatura para casa porque tinham um problema na faturação, e nada, não atendem, fico horas em espera... vergonhoso!! 75 euros a fatura que tenho que apresentar na empresa, e nada.
 Impossible to contact them by phone: they said they sent me the invoice home because they had a billing problem, and nothing, they don't answer, I wait hours ... shameful !! 75 euros the invoice that I have to present at the company, and nothing.

The place looks a bit abandoned, but the traveler's consultation service (with vaccination included) is very good, fast and complete.

Don't even know why do you have that number online, might as well delete it and save people some time!!

The vaccination service in this place is ridiculous!
After an appointment at 10.30, the consultation was done within 20min. Very easy and professional.
What was ridiculous was the vaccination itself. There was only one person doing the shots and she took an average of 25 min PER PERSON to give a shot which the doctor already had defined before!
The total waiting time for a simple shot for yellow fever AFTER getting an appointment was 3 hours!
I got shots ins foreign countries before but have never seen such inefficiancy!
I‘m sorry but from my experience I can only say that this place sucks a lot and you should try to go somewhere else if you don‘t want to waste a lot of your time!!!!
