★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a uma consulta com a minha filha com a Professora Teresa Branco. Foi proposto um programa que incluía exercício físico, acompanhamento psicológico e consultas de nutrição. Tudo isto aconteceu há aproximadamente 10 anos. DisserM que tinha de pagar todo o tratamento antes do mesmo iniciar. Como exuma ex- colega de mestrado confiei e paguei 1800€ à cabeça.
Em seguida a minha filha entrou na faculdade e o horário tornou-se incompatível com a realização das sessões. Propus o adiamento ou algaraviai das mesmas ou , se possível, a devolução de parte do dinheiro transferido. Não houve qualquer esforço por adequar os horários nem tão pouco a devolução da quantia paga ou de parte dela. Nunca houve uma explicação da puTeresa Branco que só surgiu para avaliar, orçamentar e cobrar.
Isto com uma ex-colega.
Avalio falta de profissionalismo e de seriedade
I went to an appointment with my daughter with Professor Teresa Branco. A program was proposed that included physical exercise, psychological counseling and nutrition consultations. All of this happened about 10 years ago. He said he had to pay for all treatment before it started. As an ex-master's colleague I trusted and paid € 1800 on my head.
Then my daughter entered college and the schedule became incompatible with the sessions. I proposed to postpone or gibberish them or, if possible, to return part of the money transferred. There was no effort to adjust the schedules or return the amount paid or part of it. There was never an explanation of the puTeresa Branco that only appeared to evaluate, budget and collect.
This with a former colleague.
