★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É inadmissível que um hospital veterinário não tenha um profissional para atender uma urgência no horário entre a uma da tarde e as 16h. Tal como o nome indica é um hospital!!!
Mais grave ainda é colocarem um número de telemóvel para Urgências e estar desligado!!!
Sou de Lisboa e durante um passeio pelo Alentejo tive um acidente grave com o meu cão, foi-me indicado este hospital em Vila viçosa, ao qual me dirigi de imediato para socorrer o meu cão que acabou por não ser socorrido!
Depois de falar com a Ordem dos Veterinários preparo-me agora para denunciar este Hospital por privação de cuidados urgentes.
It is unacceptable that a veterinary hospital does not have a professional to attend an emergency during the time between 1 pm and 4 pm. As the name implies it is a hospital !!!
Even more serious is to put a mobile phone number for emergencies and be disconnected !!!
I am from Lisbon and during a walk in the Alentejo I had a serious accident with my dog, I was referred to this hospital in Vila Viçosa, which I went to immediately to help my dog who ended up not being helped!
After speaking with the Order of Veterinarians, I am now preparing to report this Hospital for deprivation of urgent care.

Responsible, polite, caring, with our animals, without financial intention, because I called to ask for information and several times they called me to ask how my pig was doing, without charging anything for informing, as if it were a consultation.

Not even stars deserved. TERRIBLE service. They refused to euthanize a dog that came to me to die at home FULL OF PAIN AND SUFFERING. It completely burst from the inside. I have no words

A few days after each treatment they call to inform how your pet is doing. They really care and it shows.
Our cat is totally fallen in love with one of the assistants.
No fee when you have to return for additional checks for the same problem, excluding necessary extra medication or treatment of course
Owner speaks fluent English.
Highly recommended.
