J'ai loué une voiture pour 2 jours à Lisbonne depuis leur site internet, où en réservant j'avais déjà payé pour la voiture, payé pour les taxes d'aéroport... Et où j'avais refusé les assurances puisque avec ma carte Gold Crédit je n'en avais pas besoin, il suffisait simplement de bloquer une somme sur la carte, en plus cela et clairement dit sur leur site lors de la reservation. Le jour de la prise en charge de la voiture, on m'a de nouveau demandé si je voulais une assurance, j'ai refusé une seconde fois. Mais surprise, dès que j'ai payé les 125e (en plus de 50e+75e de reserve) qui soit disant étaient pour les frais essence, autoroute... lors de ma lecture de la facture je découvre qu'en faite il n'en ai rien! Les 125e sont juste l'assurance (que j'avais refusé), une taxe d'aéroport (que j'avais déjà payé), 25e parce qu'on me donne une voiture récente (alors que j'ai jamais demandé cela), bref que des choses comme ça que l'ont nous impose! Bien entendu avant de payer, J'ai demandé au guichet ce que cela été, on m'a sorti un baratin sortie de nul part, puis avec la barrière de la langue on ne comprend pas tout. C'est la dernière fois que je réserve avec eux, ce sont des voleurs Thieves! To avoid! Too bad I have to put a star, because for me they do not deserve any star ...
