Pessoas a comparar casas de banho, a alguém que lhes presta um serviço seja ele bom ou não, deixa muito a desejar.
Quanto às casas de banho é triste, uma vez que quem as deixa num estado lastimável é o próprio cliente. Acho que o respeito e o bom senso tem de partir de cada um. Sou cliente há mais de 20 anos e nunca, jamais tive qualquer problema seja com funcionários ou gerentes. Pessoas educadas.

People comparing bathrooms to someone who provides them with a service, whether good or not, leaves a lot to be desired.
As for the bathrooms, it's sad, since the one who leaves them in a sorry state is the customer. I think respect and common sense must come from each one. I have been a customer for over 20 years and have never, ever had any problems with either employees or managers. Educated people.
