★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service. Very friendly and English speaking clinic. Dr. Anna simply fantastic. Gave my wife and I prescriptions for a flu bug we picked up while in Portugal. Within a week both my wife I were feeling better to enjoy rest of vacation. Breath of fresh air compared to other clinics we called first. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called because I needed a prescription with urgency; the lady at the phone was extremely rule and not caring. Also, the consultation is very pricy, €50 - I believe just because they can speak some English and you are targeting tourists, that's not a reason to charge double what a Portuguese would pay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Requested an appointment yesterday at 7am using the websites online form for an urgent matter (I am pregnant and really needed to see a doctor). It's now 3.30pm the following day and I've had no email, no phone call and no acknowledgement at all. Use dronline.pt its a much better, cheaper and professional service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attended this morning! Was made to wait outside after ringing and hearing the bell ring! A white man arrives a few minutes later rings the bell and the door is opened instantly! Please explain! Was consulted with DR Ana where I have no complaints! Very professional! Thank you
