Informamos deste modo que, caso esta dívida não seja liquidada num prazo de 5 dias, o n/ cliente dará por concluída a nossa gestão extrajudicial do processo, dando-lhe seguimento e utilizando para tal os meios legais e judiciais ao S/ alcance, nomeadamente :
Ação judicial, que poderá resultar na penhora de salário e/ou bens.

Legal action, which may result in the attachment of wages and/or assets.

Each time the same request is sent, I receive the same message : "It has been forwarded to the competent department." Be responsible and jack up the company's processes and performance!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incompetent parasite business. Took over two years to respond to my repeated requests for information about a claim for a disputed internet contract with Meo. Completely unable to explain or justify their charges which they increased by €100 whilst not not responding to my 20 or so emails as I had cancelled the contract in good time with Meo. They inflated a €250 disputed charge up to one of €650 due to 'interest and charges'. In the end I paid up rather than go to court, but the matter should have been settled in two weeks, not two years. Utterly useless; you have my sympathy if you find yourself involved with this outfit.
