★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional people at the office. We had to pay more than 1,000 euros because of their incompetency. They didn't know important custom regulations, so they told us that all our documents were good to ship our container and they were not. They also left 2 official and important documents at the custom (you usually show the originals and leave a copy), and now we have to redo them again. Choose a more reliable company that properly handle your move end to end.
Update: Invictus has finally sent us back our original documents (after 1 month).

We were very nervous about moving over 50 boxes of our life's possessions. Invictus supported us every step of the way. The boxes arrived intact and on.time. Hugo Espirito Santo from Invictus took the time to systematically list the documentation required in a very easy to understand format. He was in constant touch with me and went way above and beyond in easing our stress, accommodating all our queries and making sure we had no need to worry.
The unpacking team arrived on time, they were extremely friendly and reassured me that our most valuable possession our Piano would reach the 6th floor without a scratch - and they DELIVERED the piano perfectly as well as 100 cartons!
They were an exceptional team with a great mood and have full professional knowledge to unpack and put things in place.

All of our belongings arrived without damage or breakage. The crew here in Portugal were amazing. Professional, efficient and friendly. They handled our belongings with great care. I would highly recommend Invictus to anyone moving internationally.

The team kept me up to date, responded always very quickly, and most important, understood the situation and worked to make the trip as easy as possible for such little dogs. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot recommend Invictus highly enough. We found ourselves in an extremely difficult situation with another shipping agent. We switched to Invictus at the 11th hour and Antonio Neves and his team turned around the situation and the container cleared customs and was delivered to us in record time. The communication was excellent from start to finish and the delivery team were punctual (to the minute!) friendly and responsible .
If you’re moving to Portugal, make sure you entrust your shipment to Invictus.
