T	Thaís Salles on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde o processo da candidatura fui atendida pela funcionária RITA MENDES Através de e-mails e telefonemas, desde o início do processo, pedi por várias vezes informações sobre a bolsa mérito para estudantes internacionais e que tinha interesse de fazer o mestrado apenas se eu tivesse dentro dos pré requisitos para bolsa. Depois de pagar 50€ da candidatura e estar prestes a pagar mais 450€ da inscrição, novamente toquei no assunto e a senhora Rita Mendes apenas me dizia que eu deveria verificar o coeficiente final no diploma e, se fosse maior que 7, eu teria direito. Mas afinal não é assim. Me deixaram na expectativa, paguei e não foram bem dispostos a ajudar. Precisei insistir na situação para depois de tudo dizer que não estou apta. Entendo que os processos são diferentes e a funcionária talvez não pudesse ter todas as informações, mas se realmente quisesse ajudar, poderia ter sido mais solícita desde o início e conseguido a informação que eu precisava antes de iniciar a candidatura. Infelizmente pelo mal atendimento, minha nota é zero. V	Vasco Vaz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did the online studies. The platform is barely used in it's full potential and has some serious issues, despite that there was recently an major update. The pricing is fair for a private univ. , yet the quality of the classes and teachers is not up to the task. Some even skipped classes or took months to post the student scores. I never called but the email/chat option worked fine to me, my requests were attended. All in all not the best value for money, yet I don't regret studying here.
