★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Podem ser muito bons na aplicação, mas não cumprem com o prometido. Marcam o inicio de obra para um dia, não aparecem nem dão justificação. Fiz vários contactos em que diziam que me contactavam posteriormente e nunca o fizeram. E o resultado é que por causa deles tenho uma infiltração, já que me fizeram retirar a protecção da caleira que estava danificada mas ainda protegia alguma coisa, referindo que na semana a seguir, sem falta, iriam iniciar a obra e não foram. Inicio em Setembro e desisti em Março porque voltaram a não cumprir. E nem discuti o preço da obra. Falta de carácter e profissionalismo.
They may be very good at the application, but they don't deliver as promised. They mark the beginning of the work for one day, do not appear or give justification. I made several contacts in which they said they would contact me later and never did. And the result is that because of them I have an infiltration, since they made me remove the protection of the gutter that was damaged but still protected something, saying that the following week, without fail, they would start the work and were not. I start in September and gave up in March because they did not comply again. And I didn't even discuss the price of the work. Lack of character and professionalism.
