A marcação foi efectuada para o dia seguinte.
A hora marcada o meu veículo foi recepcionado e todo o serviço foi elaborado sob a minha vigilância (com distanciamento pois covid obriga).
Muito importante: no momento em que referi que o meu carro tinha um problema de rolamentos, o empregado não só me escutou com muita atenção, como também tentou incansavelmente de descobrir e resolver o problema.
É muito raro hoje em dia encontrar profissionais interessados em resolver os problemas dos clientes, a grande maioria limita-se a efectuar o serviço para o qual o cliente se deslocou a oficina!
Em resumo, aconselho vivamente essa oficina pelo profissionalismo e competência demonstrados.

The appointment was made for the following day.
At the appointed time, my vehicle was received and the entire service was prepared under my supervision (with detachment as covid obliges).
Very important: when I mentioned that my car had a bearing problem, the employee not only listened to me very carefully, but also tried tirelessly to find and solve the problem.
It is very rare nowadays to find professionals interested in solving customer problems, the vast majority are limited to performing the service for which the customer went to the workshop!
In summary, I strongly recommend this workshop for the professionalism and competence demonstrated.
