★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma encomenda para ser entregue na ilha da Madeira. A encomenda voltou para trás porque enganaram-se a escrever a morada. Contactei-os, pediram desculpa e disseram que mal tivessem a encomenda na sua posse, contactariam-me e a mesma seria enviada através da NACEX para que o envio fosse mais rápido. Após estranhar a ausência de resposta, voltei a contactar, pelo que me foi informado que a encomenda tinha seguido afinal por CTT para que o valor não fosse mais elevado (quando o erro foi sempre deles). Desaconselho, o serviço e a atenção ao cliente foram muito maus e nem se responsabilizaram pelo erro.
I placed an order to be delivered to the island of Madeira. The parcel was returned because they were wrong to write the address. I contacted them, they apologized and said that as soon as they had the order in their possession, they would contact me and it would be sent through NACEX so that the shipment would be faster. After finding it strange that there was no response, I got back in contact, and I was informed that the order had finally been sent by CTT so that the value would not be higher (when the error was always theirs). I advise against it, the service and customer service were very bad and they were not even responsible for the error.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outstanding to have visited such a business: they have all the Admiralty charts either already printed or they will print what’s needed on demand (takes aprox 7 minutes to print a chart).
We were helped by Jean who was uber nice! Jean was kind enough to go through checking what charts we needed, picking them all up and showing us so that we could choose what we needed.
