O produto é de excelente qualidade de execução e magníficos materiais mas como em tudo, tem desgaste pelo uso. Foi necessário substituir a argola dum fecho, depois de os contactar foi-me disponibilizado o arranjo da mesma de imediato, contudo e visto que se trata apenas de substituir, pedi que a mesma me fosse enviada para eu proceder à troca. Ao fim de 7 dias entre troca de mensagens a mesma foi-me enviada conforme prometida. Serviço irrepreensível.
