★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il y à quelques mois j ai acheté chez Jardimgarve un certain nombre de plante pour aménager mon jardin, dont 2 parmiers de 2 mètres de haut, moins de 2 semaines plus tard l'un d entre eux à commencé à jaunir de jour en jour malgré un arrosage quotidien.
J'en ai informé le vendeur qui m'a dit que le palmier était sous garantie qu'il n'y avait pas de souci à se faire que c'était une période d'adaptation, que je le recontacte si il n'y avait pas d'amélioration.
Je l ai recontacté la semaine suivante, il m'a répondu qu'il passerait voir ce dernier afin de déterminer la cause. Après un nouvel rappel de ma part, il est passé quelques semaines plus tard. Nous avions pris rdv, il est arrivé avant l'heure que nous avions fixé ensemble, j étais absente.
Il m'a fait un rapport par téléphone, d après lui il s'agissait d un manque d'arrosage... J ai pourtant pris grand soin d'arroser ce palmier ainsi que les autres plantes que j'avais acheté chez lui tous jours, compte tenue du coup important pour l'aménagement de ce jardin et du souci de préserver les plantations.
Aujourd'hui le palmier est complètement mort.
Et la soit disant garantie, est passée aux oubliettes.
Malgré leur courtoisie, ils n ont pas tenu leur engagement.
 A few months ago I bought at Jardimgarve a number of plants to develop my garden, including 2 birds of 2 meters high, less than 2 weeks later one of them began to turn yellow day by day despite daily watering.
I informed the seller who told me that the palm was under warranty that there was no need to worry that it was a period of adaptation, that I recontact if there is had no improvement.
I contacted him again the following week and he told me that he would come to see him to determine the cause. After another reminder from me, he passed a few weeks later. We had taken appointment, he arrived before the time we had set together, I was absent.
He gave me a report by phone, according to him it was a lack of watering ... But I took great care to water this palm and other plants that I had bought at home all days, considering the important blow for the development of this garden and the concern to preserve the plantations.
Today the palm tree is completely dead.
And the so-called guarantee, is forgotten.
Despite their courtesy, they did not keep their commitment.
