★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não passámos da fase do orçamento que depois de 3 emails e 2 telefonemas ainda não foram claros e transparentes. Não se lembrou do segundo orçamento dado por telefone no dia anterior onde se esclareceu mais pormenores do transporte e voltámos à estaca zero.
Os orçamentos acrescem sempre linhas no fim com outros valores acrescentados como acima de 16m3 mais 60€. Justo mais pouco claro. Por telefone já mudou para 16m3 mais 60€ cada 1m3 a mais.
Procurávamos um orçamento claro tendo em conta toda a informação que fornecemos sobre uma mudança fácil o que obtivemos de outras empresas sem problema.

Budgets always add lines at the end with other added values such as over 16m3 plus 60 €. Just more unclear. By phone it has already changed to 16m3 plus 60 € each 1m3 more.
We were looking for a clear budget taking into account all the information we provided on an easy move what we got from other companies without a problem.
