★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não volto à JLD, é a segunda vez que sou enganada para pagar acima do valor do serviço que acordei. Sao vigaristas. Da 1.a vez, no Colombo, nem me lembro do que foi pois eles deram-me razão e perdoei, mas agora nao vou mesmo deixar passar. Depois de perguntado por telefone se faziam alisamentos e qual o preço, e de me terem dito que havia dois, sendo que o express nao ficaria todo liso e que apenas era activado apenas com o calor, foi-me marcado o que lhes convinha, um alisamento mais caro, obviamente. Tenho sempre cuidado com os salões, digo exactamente o que quero para não ir acima do meu budget e desta vez foi-me feita publicidade enganosa pois pelos vistos aquilo que eu queria pagar para eles não era um alisamento. Quando marquei era, e quando lá cheguei deixou de o ser. Nem falo da arrogância do cabeleireiro para não tocar mais na ferida, mas que já tive melhores experiências, já tive.
Paguei o dobro do que esperava pagar.
Mas quem perde é a JLD, embora pense que nao.
I won't go back to JLD, it's the second time I've been tricked into paying above the value of the service I woke up to. They are crooks. The 1st time, in Colombo, I don't even remember what it was because they agreed with me and I forgave them, but now I'm not going to let it go. After asking over the phone if they did straightening and what the price was, and being told that there were two, and the express would not be all smooth and that it was only activated with heat, I was told what suited them, a More expensive straightening, obviously. I'm always careful with salons, I say exactly what I want so I don't go over my budget and this time I was given false advertising because apparently what I wanted to pay them was not straightening. When I marked it was, and when I got there it wasn't. I'm not even talking about the arrogance of the hairdresser not to touch the wound anymore, but I've had better experiences, I've had.
I paid twice what I expected to pay.
But the loser is JLD, although I don't think so.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Partilho a péssima experiência que tive ontem no Jean Louis David na Av Duque no d’Avila. Marquei telefonicamente para fazer um alisamento e só quando lá cheguei disseram que não havia técnico habilitado para fazer o trabalho. Para eles é situação aparentemente “normal” porque em vez de lamentarem e tentarem resolver a situação assumindo o erro, que até entendo que aconteça, a postura foi arrogante e zero disponível. Segundo o responsável do salão, estão em “color week” e há muito volume de trabalho.
E o que é que o cliente tem a ver com isso? Deviam ser mais cuidadosos nas marcações e ter a noção de que os clientes também têm “agenda”. Acho inadmissível que isto aconteça numa marca desta dimensão. Total falta de respeito pelo cliente.
I share the bad experience I had yesterday at Jean Louis David on Av Duque in d’Avila. I made an appointment by phone to do a straightening and only when I got there they said that there was no qualified technician to do the work. For them, it's an apparently “normal” situation because instead of regretting and trying to solve the situation by assuming the mistake, which I even understand happens, the posture was arrogant and zero available. According to the salon manager, they are in “color week” and there is a lot of work.
And what does the customer have to do with it? They should be more careful when making appointments and have the notion that customers also have an “agenda”. I find it unacceptable that this happens in a brand of this size. Total lack of respect for the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst haircut I ever had, they absolutely don't know how to cut hair. They make three cuts with a machine on long hair and you are ready to go.. Also they try to charge as much money as they can from you , offering various services. For quite a huge amount of money they just wash your hair without even brushing it and they act as if it should be like this. Don't recommend !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be carefull when they wash your hair, they put stuff without asking, call it a treatment and make you pay 11 euros more. First time I went there they did this, so I stopped letting them wash my hair. And yesterday when I went, I asked the standard wash+cut+brush, that should cost 29.9, and bummm in the end I am paying 40.9 for the extra treatment. Well I learned my lesson, never going back there.
