A place you should avoid, untrusttful company: I went to the Joaquim Chaves lab for a COVID test as I needed to travel. The lab was closed. On the door it was posted the information that an on-line booking is requested. I booked online one of the free slot in the afternoon, I received confirmation of the booking by email. At the scheduled time I arrive at the lab and it was closed. I tried to callno answer. I neede to look for another lab.

The test I did in order to fly to Azores islands, so got it for free. The test arrived in 7 hours! Never experienced such a quick results! Registration lastet 30 mins, so take it into consideration.
M	M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They promised us they would send us our pcr test results in time for our flight the next day (we asked several times for them to confirm.) The next day we hadn't received the results yet and were rejected at the gate. Update: They offered a refund. Much appreciated.

D	Dixon Lu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed PCR tests to get home (USA). The staff is friendly and spoke fluent English. Not cheap (~€100@, they accept credit cards). Everyone was in full PPE. All testing labs we looked up in Lisboa can only promise a 12-hour turn around (unless you pay double). So we timed our tests to receive the results at least 24 hours before our flight in case anything goes wrong (which sort of did, see below). This location (@ R. Tomás Ribeiro) of this clinic chain is the only one that opens after 4:00PM that would fit our timing. In order to fly, the test report has to have the exact name on the passport and passport number (which we gave them, plus our email, also our vaccination records). While I got emailed the report, my wife didn't, so we had to physically go back to get a printed copy. They gave it to us in 5 minutes. Glad we planned ahead. Note: We were recommended this clinic by our agent. There are many places in Lisboa that would perform COVID tests. Some pharmacies, even test booths on the A. de Liberdade. Our problem was the forms are in Portuguese only, so it would have taken us too much time to translate and complete.
L	Lena Chun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their Rapid PCR is €140, and they said I would get the result in 6 hours - however, it’s been 15 hours I’m still waiting for the result. I took the test yesterday at 5:40 pm and I didn’t get a report this morning. I called many times on the way to the airport and the person I spoke to whose name is Vanessa told me to wait 15 mins to receive the report otherwise I should call back. Nothing has come through so far and I’m about to miss the flight. I don’t recommend this place, not trustworthy

Yolanda (the one who took my sample) was very kind and professional. I would like to commend her for being so gentle on me. Other clinic’s staff were also professional and clinic itself was clean. I did my test at JCS Tomás Ribeiro Rua Tomás Ribeiro, 6 C, 1050-229 Lisboa.
