They laughed at us for talking in English and then we were charged 10€ for 2 little RED Porto glasses. -We have been paying between 1,5€ and 3€ everywhere else- The waitress didn’t want to bring us a receipt, and after a while we convince her that making a copy wasn’t that difficult. We didn’t even have a table -we were standing outside- and we had to order at the bar cause everyone ignored us. Really poor service if you’re not local.

B	Bruna Luniere on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service, but good food. I’m very sad that I can’t give the restaurant 5 stars, as the food was truly wonderful. However, the service at this place is quite poor and after a few visits I’m sad to say it’s only gotten worse with time. The waitresses are rude and not well trained to handle customers. Their bad attitude, combined with the complete lack of organization on busy nights makes for getting a table a shot in the dark: no waiting lists, no keeping an order, not nothing. Your best shot is simply snatching a table seconds after it’s been emptied. I’m still hopeful that management will put work into trainings for the staff and better queue systems, because I’d love to continue to be a customer.

We just moved from San Francisco, and stumbled upon Jobim, as soon as we walked in the co-owner (Tiago) welcomed us, got us a table and sent the waiter over. The food & the drinks were great, we ended up staying for a few hours chatting with Tiago ad some of the locals, it was really fun night out thanks to these lovely people. If you are visiting or living in Lisbon, this is place is must see.
