A Whirlpool está muito mal servida por esta senhora (!?) que ignoro quem seja, que me atendeu. Passem bem senhores da José A Gomes Lda. Dispenso os vossos serviços (graças à senhora !?) que puseram atrás do balcão...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço. Recorri por see assistência técnica da Whirlpool. Dexei a minha máquina de lavar louça a 17 de outubro de 2019, após várias datas de entrega, hoje (9 de janeiro de 2020) fui ao estabelecimento e o técnico diz qur deve ser um problema de electrónica. Como é óbvio trouxe a máquina comigo e reclamei. Pena dos 10 euros de taxa de orçamento que levaram.
Poor service. I turned to see whirlpool service. I left my dishwasher on October 17, 2019, after several delivery dates, today (January 9, 2020) I went to the establishment and the technician says it must be an electronics problem. Of course I brought the machine with me and complained. Worth the 10 euros of budget rate they took.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei do atendimento, não dão feedback ao cliente, temos que ligar para saber o estado da nossa encomenda e se tiver algum problema(tal como eu tive que a peça veio quebrada) eles não informam apenas diz que é assim e que tem que esperar.
Cancelei o restante da encomenda face a falta de respeito para com o consumidor.
Não recomendo.
I did not like the service, they do not give feedback to the customer, we have to call to know the status of our order and if there is a problem (as I had that the piece came broken) they do not inform just say that it is so and that you have to wait .
I canceled the rest of the order due to lack of respect for the consumer.
I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi dito que acima de 30 euros nao reparariam sem avisar. Telefonaram a dizer que o serviço estava pronto e que o custo era de 60 euros, faltando pagar 50. Recusámos o serviço. Na folha de obra estavam 2 micas de micro-ondas a 15 euros cada e 30 euros de mão de obra. Resolvemos comprando numa outra loja da especialidade por 1 (UM) euro as 2 micas. 30 vezes mais barato!!!! Como explicar? E demorámos 5 minutos a aplicar as micas. Material da marca não justifica um preço TRINTA vezes mais caro, por muito bom que ele seja!!!
It was said that over 30 euros they would not notice without warning. They called to say that the service was ready and that the cost was 60 euros, with 50 to be paid. We refused the service. On the work sheet were 2 microwave micas at 15 euros each and 30 euros of labor. We decided to buy the 2 micas in another specialty store for 1 (UM) euro. 30 times cheaper !!!! How to explain? And it took us 5 minutes to apply the micas. Brand material does not justify a price THIRTY times more expensive, however good it is !!!

Tive uma semana à espera de resposta, para me dizerem que não tinha arranjo! Nota: coloquei-o noutro sitio para arranjar e já me confirmaram que tem arranjo!! no comments
I requested a dehumidifier repair, they charged me 10 euros for the budget and they didn't even open it. And I gave the indication of the error code of the potential problem. I had a week waiting for an answer, to be told there was no arrangement! Note: I have placed it elsewhere to fix it and have already confirmed that it has an arrangement!! no comments

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento a senhora que está a atender é antipática. Estive uma semana à espera do orçamento. Liguei para lá ainda me disserem que se tivéssemos o orçamento já tinham dito. . Antipatia número 1. Cancelei o orcamento e vou buscar a minha máquina. Não recomendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Poor Experience. To repair our fridge, they asked 450€, then another 50€, then another 130€. After one year, problem didnt solve. They dont give back the money, not solve the problem. 1 year!! If you have something not working, and they say they fix it, dont belive. Its a trap, for them to make money, and for you to loose money.
