★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uns grandessíssimos ordinários e incompetentes. Fiz o meu cartão de cidadão em Agosto de 2020 e só mo deram em Dezembro! Marcaram uma data num dia útil e eu informei que não podia ir pois vivo e trabalho em Lisboa. A gaja que lá trabalha no atendimento à porta ainda nos despachou dizendo "ah, estes já estão despachados" e mandou-nos embora como se estivesse a enxotar pombos do estendal!
Some very ordinary and incompetent ones. I made my citizen card in August 2020 and it was only given to me in December! They made an appointment on a working day and I informed them that I could not go because I live and work in Lisbon. The girl who works there at the door still dispatched us saying "ah, these are already dispatched" and sent us away as if she were drying pigeons off the clothesline!
