★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabo de vir das Cachoeiras que foi recentemente visitada por uma Santa itenerante. Para esse fim decoraram a igreja e proximidades com milhares de flores feitas em plastico e amarradas com fios ou fitas a tudo o que é vedação postes e casas. Nas arvores outras tantas essas em papel e fixadas com duas tachas cada. Espero que as recolham todas religiosamente e que aquelas tachas brilhantes tão atrativas para as aves, pés de gente e patas de cães não venham parar ao chão. Numa época em que sufocamos em plástico pergunto se aquela quantidade seria mesmo necessária, aquilo tambem é pecado.
 I have just come from the Waterfalls that was recently visited by an iterante Santa. To this end they decorated the church and nearby with thousands of flowers made in plastic and tied with wires or tapes to all that is fence poles and houses. In the trees as many as these paper and fixed with two tacks each. I hope you get them all religiously and that those bright tacks so attractive to birds, crow's feet, and dog paws do not come to the ground. At a time when we choke on plastic I ask if that quantity would really be needed, that too is a sin.
