★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venho felicitar o Exmo. Senhor Presidente da Junta da Freguesia de Ferreirós do Dão, pelas obras de beneficiação que tem feito nessa localidade.
Não sou residente, mas passo temporadas nessa aldeia aonde meu Pai (O. C. Carreira) tem uma propriedade na Rua Direita e foi com manifesto agrado que vimos as obras na que irá ser a praia fluvial. Também as obras na ponte do Rio Dão são de mérito, não só no plano da segurança como no plano estético da mesma. O efeito da iluminação noctura é bonito e muito original.
Os meus sinceros parabéns a Vossa Excelência e meus votos de continuação desse espírito empreendedor que essa aldeia tanto precisa.
 I come to congratulate the Hon. Mr. Chairman of the Board of the Parish of Ferreirós do Dão, for the improvement works he has done in that locality.
I am not a resident, but I spend seasons in this village where my Father (O. C. Carreira) has a property on Rua Direita and was pleased to see the works on what will be the river beach. The works on the Dão River bridge are also of merit, not only in terms of safety but also in terms of aesthetics. The effect of night lighting is beautiful and very unique.
My sincere congratulations to you and my best wishes to continue this enterprising spirit that this village so badly needs.
