★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't fault hotel at all. Just came back after a lovley week Sept 21. Just what we needed. Rooms were lovley and clean. Food was great and lots of choice. Pools were fantastic and entertainment really worked hard. Also would like to mention the fantastic kids club they had. Kasey my granddaughter loved it so big thankyou to all. Defo wud return again good value for money ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is clean, observes Covid19 rules, can't wander around the premises without face covering. The main dining room for all three meals of the day were beyond my expectations, offering top quality food and choices. Stayed here for 7 days and they rotate menu daily. You'd still get the usuals if you want to. Fruits were plentiful and satisfactory! This hotel is perfect for family with kids up to teen age. Big pool area, plenty of sun beds, there is even an entertainment team who works tirelessly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 star accommodation, 5/4 star service (depending where you're being served) , 3 star food (buffets & snack bar) , 2 star cocktails (4 star roof top) .
The hotel is nice & modern , a little clinical , balcony could be bigger the air con takes up a lot of room.
The pools are top notch ! Very good ! My favourite aspect of the hotel. Plenty of sun loungers.
Swim up bar a great feature with competent friendly staff.
So good I hardly used the other bars.
Very friendly and engaging poolside activities team (all very fit and brimming with energy) I enjoyed the water polo very much, thanks for persuading me to play .
Roof top bar very cool & chic, skilled barman A+ , views to the strip and all surrounding areas, "like being in miami vice".... er in Portugal lol.
All staff polite , helpful and friendly , thankyou for serving me .
Covid test nurse very efficient and helpful.
I had a good stay here and did not need to leave the hotel for much.
Ways to improve , extend pool open hours,
Make cocktails a bit less sweet less sugary, include dedicated adult only areas, include an onsite adults disco/nightclub...better advertising of the evening entertainment needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito obrigado for our perfect half term holiday, the rooms are spotless and the communal areas too. We had so much fun, the pools are really clean, the entertainment great and the food/drink options have something for everyone.. the lifts are temperamental but helped us build up lots of steps (to work off the food and drink!). Make sure you are early for the bus going to the Old Town though! (As space is limited).
