Quando voltaram do jantar Chego às 22.40 para exeprimentar uma camisa e comprar, levo com a resposta: "Não sei se vai ter tempo para exeperimentar, experimente amanhã" Nem amanhã nem nunca. Foco no cliente é algo é um conceito que não existe para estas pessoas. Se não gostam do que fazem podem sempre didicarem-se à venda de kebabs!
Shop for arrogant Indians who don't like to work. When they go to dinner they don't put up a "I'll be right back" warning. When they came back from dinner I arrive at 22.40 to try a shirt and buy, I take the answer: "I don't know if you'll have time to try it, try tomorrow" Neither tomorrow nor ever. Customer focus is something that is not a concept for these people. If you don't like what you do, you can always go on selling kebabs!
