Tem produtos giros, mas tentei comprar um produto que não estava disponível numa loja mas estava noutra a 30km e o vendedor disse que demorava 2 semanas a chegar! Penso que não estão muito interessados em vender...
It has cute products, but I tried to buy a product that was not available in one store but was in another 30km away and the seller said it took 2 weeks to arrive! I don't think they're very interested in selling...

Comprei um sofá em Agosto e foi-me dito pela funcionária que o mesmo seria entregue dentro de 15 dias. Passado este tempo contactei a loja para perceber se havia algum problema com a entrega e para meu espanto foi-me dito que o sofá só seria entregue em meados de NOVEMBRO. Três meses para uma entrega??? Obviamente que disse que gostaria de ver a entrega feita o mais rápido possível, ao que sugeriram que eu levasse o sofá de exposição pelo mesmo preço do novo. Declinei a "maravilhosa" proposta e não consigo entender como ainda hoje continuam a vender um sofá que não têm para entrega, ou será que quem comprou fora da promoção tem prioridade na entrega? Pelo que tenho visto nos comentários não sou a única cliente prejudicada pelo vosso mau serviço e espero que, tal como eu, as pessoas deixem de fazer da vossa loja uma opção. ATUALIZAÇÃO: Estamos no fim de Novembro e o sofá ainda não chegou. Segundo o gerente da loja não existe previsão para chegar, ou talvez chegue lá para Fevereiro (sem certezas). Mais uma vez tentaram impingir o sofá de exposição e a funcionária ainda teve a coragem de dizer que paguei o sofá na totalidade porque quis, como se o erro estivesse do meu lado.
I bought a sofa in August and was told by the employee that it would be delivered within 15 days. After this time I contacted the store to find out if there was any problem with the delivery and to my astonishment I was told that the sofa would only be delivered in mid-NOVEMBER. Three months for a delivery??? Obviously, I said that I would like to see the delivery made as soon as possible, so they suggested that I take the exhibition sofa for the same price as the new one. I declined the "wonderful" proposal and I can't understand how even today they continue to sell a sofa that they don't have for delivery, or is it that those who bought it outside the promotion have priority in delivery? From what I've seen in the comments I'm not the only customer harmed by your poor service and I hope that, like me, people stop making your store an option. UPDATE: It's the end of November and the sofa hasn't arrived yet. According to the store manager, there is no forecast for it to arrive, or maybe it will arrive there in February (not sure). Once again they tried to foist the exhibition sofa and the employee even had the courage to say that I paid for the sofa in full because I wanted to, as if the error was on my side.

Fiz uma encomenda de cadeiras pagas no ato e passado 15 dias liguei a perguntar quando previam a entrega. Nao encontraram o pedido tendo me deslocado a loja. Descobriram de facto a mercadoria mas o pedido nao. Marcamos data da entrega e no dia passei o dia todo em casa mas a entrega nao foi efetuada. Nesse mesmo final do dia fui a loja e desisti da encomenda e houve devoluçao do dinheiro. Perante isto senti funcionarias incompetentes e com pouco interesse de venda. Depois de tudo que se passou o melhor que podiam ter feito era convencer-me outro dia mas comprometendo se mesmo com a entrega e uma hora. Estão lá para se vender venderam nao fazem grande esforço. Experiencia mesmo muito desagradavel. Se nao querem vender que fechem a loja. E por telefone muito dificil de contatar. Para esquecer.
I placed an order for chairs paid on the spot and 15 days later I called to ask when they expected delivery. They didn't find the order having moved me to the store. They actually discovered the merchandise but the order didn't. We set the delivery date and on the day I spent all day at home but the delivery was not made. At the same end of the day I went to the store and gave up on the order and there was a refund of the money. In view of this, I felt incompetent employees and with little interest in selling. After everything that had happened, the best thing they could have done was to convince me another day, but committing themselves to the delivery and an hour. They are there to sell themselves, they don't make a great effort. Very unpleasant experience. If you don't want to sell, close the shop. And by phone it is very difficult to contact. To forget.

We went to buy light decorations in JYSK last week. We tried to find online but not easy. Finally, we decided to buy here. Pros: 1. Entrance accessible for wheelchair. 2. Wearing a mask is a must. 3. Hand sanitizer is provided for the customers. 4. They have great variety of products for home decorations. 5. The store is quite big, clean, and convenient. 6. You can find the products online on their website before visiting the store. 7. Competitive price when they offer some promotion. 8. It is located inside the Arrábida Shopping. 9. Nice, kind, and friendly staff. 10. They accept payment in cash or card. 11. The lamps work perfectly for our store.
