Comprei um sofá onde pra ja nao falar no tempo de espera pra entrega ,mas a frente depois de compara e levantar o meu sofá ao chegar a casa vou montar onde deparei com defeito duas peças iguais onde deveria ser lado direito e outa lado esquerdo mas não igual .
Fui até aloja reclamar onde pensei que me ia trocar e a resposta foi tem de trazer o sofá e não sabemos quando temos pra entrega .
Resumo : estou sem sofá com um em casa sem uso devido ao problema referido ,à espera que me digam

In a first approach to buying everything, it's wonderful after a very bad after-sales service, I would say terrible.
I bought a sofa where, not to mention the waiting time for delivery, but the front after comparing and lifting my sofa when I get home, I will assemble it where I found two equal pieces defective where it should be the right side and the other left side but not equal .
I went to the lodge to complain where I thought I was going to change and the answer was that you have to bring the sofa and we don't know when we have it for delivery.
Summary : I am without a sofa with an unused one at home due to the aforementioned problem , waiting to be told
