The environment is very nice, a little bit cold. The white fish cooked very nice, crunchy outside and soft inside

Simply WOW. The ambiance, staff and most importantly the food is beyond measure. My wife and I are staying in Lisbon 2wks and we've already decided we'll be back here at least 3 more times. The chef gifted us with his secret burnt salmon sushi with his own sauce..., I just pray he'll allow me to pay and order that dish because it Literally melted in my mouth and I haven't been able to stop thinking about it.....

Executive lunch menu KAI Chirashi and grilled whitefish was very good, KAI somen noodle was good. The coffee here was amazing, they use different coffee beans EVERYDAY.

If you want to experience a real japanese restaurant and a great service this is the place to go. Good variety of fish but also very nice hot japanese dishes. Coffee is premium.

Great japoneses restaurante it can be compared with a restaurant in Japan you can see similar techniques than the ones you see in Japan making sushi!! The moriwase ( we order a combination of niguiri and sashimi) and the fish was extremely delicious and fresh. The prices are okay for this type of restaurant ( 8 piece sushi for 20 Euros/ main dishes from 14-35 Euros) The place is nicely decorated, has a cozy atmosphere, it has great service and little/nice details. They gave us a complementary tuna and wasabi entrance that if they have an entrance of it you should order it. The restaurant had about 7 tables and a central bar around the sushi chef. If you go I think it is nicer for dinner than for lunch. The restaurant has a shared space with a restaurant called simply that is more a coffee place.

Excellent! Both quality and service is exceptional. The grade of ingredients is way above what I was expecting. The dishes are interesting and the atmosphere was relaxing. The menu includes traditional sushi and sashimi as well as modern styles like Wagyu Brioche. How I wish there would be more restaurants like this in the world :).

This is a high-end restaurant with expense-account prices and atmosphere and service. Beautiful furniture in a quiet location. The food was obviously freshly made and high quality. Strangely, the sushi was missing wasabi, and the tempura was missing daikon, both standard Japanese touches.
