Fui ver o carro para experimentar, marcado com cinco dias de antecedência, pois vinha do Alentejo. Quando cheguei, o carro estava no fundo da garagem, não se podia mover com uns 20 carros à frente. Esperei mais dois dias para dar uma volta nele. No meu pouco entendimento agradou-me. Ingénuamente mas de boa fé, paguei uma reserva para me guardarem o carro e o prepararem para entrega no dia da compra. Pediram-me uma semana. Depois outra. Entretanto pedi as condições da garantia. Disseram-me que não tinham as condições. Escrevi para a seguradora, responderam-me que é o stand que dá as condições do seguro para a garantia. Decidi levar um mecânico no dia da compra só para ter a certeza. Foi a melhor decisão de todas: quando chegámos, não só o carro não estava pronto para entrega nesse dia, com tampas de motor desapertadas e peças soltas no motor, como tinha alguns problemas de mecânica por resolver e marcava mais 2000Km que quando o reservei. O mecânico suspeitou que o carro tivesse batido à frente pois tinha algumas marcas de ter sido reconstruído. Quis o dinheiro da reserva de volta e não me devolveram. Por isso: cuidado. Felizmente não comprei o carro, mas perdi o depósito e o dinheiro das deslocações a Lisboa.

I went to see the car to try it, scheduled five days in advance, as it came from Alentejo. When I arrived, the car was at the bottom of the garage, it couldn't move with about 20 cars ahead. I waited two more days to go for a walk. In my little understanding it pleased me. Naively but in good faith, I paid a reservation to store my car and prepare it for delivery on the day of purchase. They asked me for a week. Then another. In the meantime I asked for the warranty conditions. They told me they didn't have the conditions. I wrote to the insurance company, they replied that it is the stand that gives the insurance conditions for the guarantee. I decided to take a mechanic on the day of purchase just to be sure. It was the best decision of all: when we arrived, not only was the car not ready for delivery that day, with engine caps loosened and loose parts in the engine, but it had some unresolved mechanical problems and marked 2000Km more than when I booked it. The mechanic suspected that the car had crashed ahead because it had some marks of having been rebuilt. I wanted the reservation money back and they didn't return it to me. So: be careful. Fortunately, I didn't buy the car, but I lost the deposit and money from trips to Lisbon.

A minha ultima interacao com un stand sendo a pocos meses atras nao tendo corrido bem e ter sido bem enganado, fiquei grato por ter tido o oposto com esta empresa. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was sold a very bad oil burning car (1l/800km) April 2020. No response on emails or whatsapp for 5 months until I wrote in the Livro de Reclamações, he contacts me finally to offer to repair.
I bring the car to him and leave it. 2 months pass by, no updates. I visit Lisbon and find my car parked outside on two different occasions. I take a picture and send it.
Then finally he fixes it with the mechanic and sends me pictures as a proof. I come back to take the car and I pay him EUR100 instead of EUR140 because I want to see if the car was actually fixed. I contact him again.
Turns out it wasn't and now he says it is not his problem anymore since I didn't pay him the full amount. Then again telling me that the oil burning problem is normal for such a car.
He refuses to help me out, now I wish I didn't even pay the 100 euros for shoddy work that only increased my car's oil consumption.
