★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui obrigada a deslocar-me duas vezes à loja porque da primeira vez não encontraram a minha encomenda e que tinha de me resolver com a transportadora, apesar de ter já indicação que a encomenda se encontrava na loja. Magicamente, a encomenda apareceu no dia a seguir (indicação que recebi da transportadora depois de contactarem a loja).
Se a funcionária tivesse sido mais prestável, não teria de me deslocar 2 vezes. Por duas vezes pedi para verificarem no meio das encomendas que lá se encontravam e ainda na listagem de encomendas que recebem. A resposta que recebi foi que tinha de me entender com a transportadora e mais não quis adiantar.
Não recomendo para levantarem encomendas.
I was forced to go to the store twice because the first time they didn't find my order and I had to settle with the carrier, despite having already indicated that the order was in the store. Magically, the order appeared the next day (indication I received from the carrier after contacting the store).
If the employee had been more helpful, I wouldn't have had to travel twice. Twice I asked them to check among the orders that were there and also in the list of orders they receive. The answer I got was that I had to get along with the carrier and I didn't want to go any further.
I do not recommend to pick up orders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atualizem pf os horários do KIOSKE!! No Google diz que está aberto aos sábados de manhã, cheguei ao KIOSKE e estava fechado. Desde 1 de Setembro, (segundo a mensagem que está na vossa porta) que os horários foram alterados, já tiveram tempo de os atualizar!!
Please update KIOSKE schedules!! Google says it's open on Saturday mornings, I arrived at KIOSKE and it was closed. Since the 1st of September, (according to the message on your door) that the timetables have been changed, you have had time to update them!!
