Apenas fui comprar desparasitante para os meus animais, mas aconselharam muito bem e deram todas as informações e esclarecimentos que pedi, além de me terem tirado muitas dúvidas. Têm a preocupação de avisar sempre que está na altura de fazer novamente a desparasitação.
Very helpful and attentive. I just went to buy deworming for my animals, but they advised very well and gave all the information and clarifications I asked for, in addition to having answered many questions. They have the concern to warn whenever it is time to do the deworming again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenemos contratado el seguro veterinario con Kivet para nuestros dos perros, es muy completo y el personal de las clínicas a las que vamos (en Bravo Murillo y Megapark San Sebastián de los Reyes) muy profesional, los cuidan con mucho mimo.Además tienen centros en toda España y Portugal, lo cual es una tranquilidad al viajar con dos perros. La única pega que ponemos es que no tengan en Madrid ningún centro 24 hrs/7 días/semana, ojalá se animen a tener, al menos uno para la Comunidad de Madrid.
We have contracted the veterinary insurance with Kivet for our two dogs, it is very complete and the staff of the clinics we go to (in Bravo Murillo and Megapark San Sebastián de los Reyes) very professional, they take care of them with great care. They also have centers in all of Spain and Portugal, which is a peace of mind when traveling with two dogs. The only downside is that they do not have any center in Madrid 24 hrs / 7 days / week, I hope they dare to have at least one for the Community of Madrid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clinica com pessoas muito fracas em termos profissionais. Se o vosso companheiro for só para tomar banho e marcar exames eles são bons.. quando se trata de problemas complicados de saúde não aconselho de todo esta clinica.
Clinic with very weak people in professional terms. If your partner is just to shower and schedule exams they are good... when it comes to complicated health problems I do not advise this clinic at all.
