Depois de vistoriados pela funcionária, entraram 2 fatos e 1 blazer para limpar. Na saída: 1 fato e 1 blazer limpos + 1 fato estragado. Resposta à reclamação (pela mesma funcionária que recebeu e vistoriou!!!): ‘já vinha assim’. Fiquei sem o fato, só faltou chamarem-me mentiroso. Para já >>> - 5 clientes.
CAUTION!!!!
After being inspected by the employee, they entered 2 suits and 1 blazer to clean. On departure: 1 clean suit and 1 clean blazer + 1 damaged suit. Response to the complaint (by the same employee who received and inspected it!!!): 'I already came like this'. I was without the suit, all that was needed was to be called a liar. For now >>> - 5 clients.
