Venho por este meio mostrar o meu desagrado," ainda agora" cheguei, vim cansada da viagem queria descansar, a porta da fechadura não está a funcionar, o quarto mais parece uma dispensa, camas separadas para um casal?, janelas não abrem, estores não existe!!!!!
Peço que nos próximos dias agilizem a situação!
