The matcha lava cake was delicious! Yakitori was great. Ramen was truly incredible as well although tonkotsu broth was slightly too salty. Great meal and service.

Well, I left Koppu Ramen right now and I want to share my experience. We arrived, sat down and basically waited about 30 minutes to be seen, it didn't start so well. Then we ordered two zero Coke, it wasn't cold and it didn't come with ice, we ordered two GWA BAO of different flavors to share (the first thing I EMPHASIZED was that I can't eat chives), each BAO comes with two mini BAOS , they came FULL of chives, I told them I had ordered no chives, the guy said he was wrong and simply left the table without fixing his mistake. he ordered the ramen and we got the wrong starters, my partner ate his part and I made sure not to touch my part, he was once again at our table to deliver the ramens, he saw that I didn't eat the starters and if you want to ask if something happened, why I didn't eat, the supposed responsible of the restaurant saw that I didn't eat and also didn't want to know (I think the turnover is more important than the satisfaction of the customers!). The ramen was not what I expected, the chachu was not soft, it was nervous and hard, the egg was not as well made as a ramen egg has to be, the dough was too soft in the broth, it wasn't even a dough fresh. The only good points of the ramen were that the broth was VERY hot, it was ok in flavor, and it really was spicy as it was supposed to. In short.. The starters I simply didn't try, the drink was hot, the ramen was hot and spicy, but super valued in terms of taste/quality, the service at the tables is simply POOR (the restaurant was not full, it's supposed that they captivate the few customers it has). I've worked in catering, I know how a table needs to be attended, I know how problems are solved, I know a drink can't be hot (unless it's a hot drink), anyway they charged the entrance fee that wasn't eaten, nothing was commented on the matter, I simply paid and left. PS. I see many good reviews, I don't understand why. I imagine that these people have never REALLY eaten a good Ramen, and an experience on a JAPAN level.

I was completely disappointed after dining at this ramen place. (I was highly looking forward to eating there before, since the reviews on Google map is quite good) First of all, the place is really crowded, with very limited of personal space during the dining experience. The appetizer, Chahan was really good, reasonable price with tasty fried rice with pork, I have literally no negative comments for this. (That’s why it deserves a 2 stars instead of 1) However, the main dish, tan tan tonkotsu ramen and tonkotsu ramen were absolutely a saddened food experience. The ramen noodles for tan tan tonkotsu was over cooked, the noodles were soft and sticking together. Tonkotsu ramen had a flavor of miso, and the broth wasn’t tasty at all, pure saltiness with hard marinated pork belly. I asked the waitress about the mysterious paste taste in tonkotsu ramen, the respond i received was ‘there’s sesame paste in tonkotsu ramen’. I was quite confused cuz neither sesame or miso paste was written in the menu. She told me she will ask the manager about the sesame or miso paste in tonkotsu ramen and she never came back to my table. Overall, ramen were completely overpriced, I wouldn’t mind paying almost 16 euros for a bowl of nice ramen, but it was just not what I expected to get for this price.

I visited the place very randomly while walking down the small streets. The "Tan Tan Men Tonkotsu ramen" was absolutely glorious: rich flavors, spicy and filling. I'm no ramen expert by any means, but this one is in the top tier of the ones I've tried. The service was kind and helpful as well. Highly recommend!

Ramen was good and portion is big. But even spicier ramen was very mild. And spicy oil they have is not that spicy, you would need to add a lot of it if you like spicy. Duck breast tataki was very chewy, I didn't enjoy it that much. We were seated quickly as we were lucky to be a bit earlier than our time and they already had table free. Some people had to wait even they had a reservation. Restaurant is really small inside and it gets very crowded. Like to get out you can't pass without accidentally touching strangers. We had to wait for our food for more than 30 minutes. I know the place was full but even starters took long. And toilet didn't have toilet paper nor paper towels. I know it can happen but also you kinda expect it to be there and it is huge bummer when it is not. Staff was very nice and helpful tho. Overall it was good but not great.

Fantastic ramen, full of flavour, great quantity and quality. Plenty of vegetarian/vegan options available which is a huge plus. Cute little place, I advice to reserve a table as its popular!

We had a lovely dining experience in Koppu and would definitely come back. The menu is very exciting, with several different types of ramen soups, drinks and deserts. It’s Japanese food with a Portuguese twist, which we enjoyed. We went for the tonkotsu and were not disappointed (although we would have loved a slightly stronger flavor of pork). The place is small and always crowded, so I would strongly recommend you to make a reservation (especially during the weekends). Service can be a bit slow, but this did not bother us.

Disappointed - that's the main feeling I have after eating here. That's not to say this restaurant isn't good but it falls very short of the mark of top tier, genuine ramen and is over priced for Lisbon. If you are visiting Lisbon as a tourist, don't eat here because there are much better restaurants from different cuisines around. If you live here then this might have to do for you for ramen in the area. The service was really great though. They gave us the restaurant tablet to view the menu when one of our phones' internet didn't work. The old fashioned I ordered was pretty good. The edamame were cooked weird but were mostly fine. The pork and veggie gyoza were really really good. Now for the ramen, we ordered the tonkotsu and tan tan men. The noodles for both different types of ramen seemed like literal spaghetti and just did not taste or feel like ramen noodles in any sense. The tonkotsu did not taste like any tonkotsu I've had before; it was fine but really did not taste like tonkotsu (and I've had tonkotsu from dozens of places). The pork belly was really good but was seasoned in a way that completely clashed with the broth and same with the egg. The staff said the tan tan ramen would be really spicy but it hardly had any kick to it at all. Also the ground pork in it was on the dry side and the broth didn't taste quite right either.
