O que é?
“KRAV MAGA tem por significado em Hebraico “combate próximo”. Este sistema de defesa pessoal teve a sua origem no Estado de Israel durante os anos 40, pela mão do seu criador Imi Lichtenfeld. Do conhecimento exclusivo das forças militares e de segurança do estado de Israel durante mais de duas décadas o sistema, após a reforma do seu criador, Imi Lichtenfeld, foi por ele adaptado às necessidades do cidadão comum e à realidade em que este se insere, tornando-se no sistema mais eficaz do mundo de defesa pessoal, não só pela naturalidade das ações como também pelo aproveitamento das reações naturais do corpo humano face a uma eventual agressão.
