★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attention ⚠ l'agence Keller Williams Campo de Ourique pratique une forme déguisée de mise aux enchères des biens immobiliers. Si un bien vous paraît abordable vous verrez que l'agent immobilier tentera de faire monter les enchères. Personnellement j'ai fais une offre au prix du mandat et l'agent immobilier nous a finalement signaler qu'une proposition avait dépassé le prix du mandat et que par conséquent l'agent immobilier nous a inviter implicitement à renchérir. Méfiance donc.

If a property seems affordable to you, you will see that the real estate agent will try to raise the stakes. Personally, I made an offer at the price of the mandate and the real estate agent finally informed us that a proposal had exceeded the price of the mandate and that therefore the real estate agent implicitly invited us to increase the price. So beware.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Forma duvidosa de comercialização dos imóveis. Sobem o preço 17% sem dar uma justificação prévia ao potencial comprador! Sob pretexto do COVID preparam um apresentação do imóvel no facebook, em modo "live" para todos os interessados ao mesmo tempo, como se de um leilão se tratasse.
Doubtful form of commercialization of the properties. The price goes up 17% without giving a previous justification to the potential buyer! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui contactado duas vezes, na sequencia dos meus pedidos de informações sobre um imóvel, no meu terceiro contacto via mail, a solicitar o agendamento de uma visita ao referido imóvel, não obtive mais resposta. Mais tarde fiquei a saber que o imovel tinha sido vendido, não me sendo apresentadas quais quer alternativas.
I was contacted twice, following my requests for information about a property, in my third contact via mail, requesting the scheduling of a visit to the property, I did not get any more response. Later I learned that the property had been sold, and that no alternatives were presented to me.
