Fui a este estabelecimento trocar umas raspadinhas premiadas, mas com a confusão de pedir mais duas raspadinhas e para dar troco certo ainda dei 2 euros para receber o troco em uma nota de dez. Passados 15 minutos dirigi-me outra vez a paeste estabelecimento para perguntar se realmente me tinham dado ou não a nota de 10 euros. Ficamos todos na dúvida mas a funcionária ficou de saber se no fim do dia realmente sobravam os tais 10 euros na caixa e que no dia a seguir me ligaria a dizer alguma coisa.
Hoje passados 5 dias ainda não obtive resposta.

I went to this establishment to exchange some prized scratch cards, but with the confusion of asking for two more scratch cards and to give some change I still gave 2 euros to receive the change in a ten note. After 15 minutes I went to this establishment again to ask if they really gave me the 10 euro bill or not. We were all in doubt, but the employee wondered if at the end of the day there were really 10 euros left in the box and that the next day she would call me to say something.
Today after 5 days I still have no answer.
