★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'd booked a car by calling them. When I showed up, they said they'd given my car to someone else despite me having reserved. The only car they had available cost 50% more. I needed a car so I had to pay for it - they made the mistake, but I had to pay for it. I wouldn't book from there again. The car was nice though.
