★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great serving sizes with tasty food but it seems to have lost some of the atmosphere we have known this place for. We did not recognise any of the older staff so expect a full change has taken place in recent times. It is still a place to have a nice meal but faces much more completion with some newer Italian restaurants now in the area

One of the few places that were open and very polite, following all covid regulations.
Friendly staff, we asked for takeaway, and used them for 2 nights as hotel was just a short walk away, they also deliver.
Staff speak enough english for us to be able to order and feel comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some of the staff members left a lot to be desired. It felt quite cold and a bit lifeless or soulless inside
The food was not good or not what was said on menu.
The penne gamberetti had no sauce, too much penne, chopped cherry tomatoes (uncooked) splashed on the side with prawns that weren't king but had to be peeled.
The other main was tagliatelle Nero that was overcooked
